Processing Your Order
CUSTOM WORK
With the exception of the Ready To Ship collection, every item shown in the Shop is made to order. Photos of the items are previously crafted pieces that show the general layout and finish of the item. Yours will be similar, but as with all hand-crafted work, variations in the finished product are unavoidable. This is a GOOD thing because this is what makes your piece unique! I will work with you to answer any questions you have during the order process and
incorporate your specific personalized information into the final design. When needed, design sketches can be created and reviewed with you prior to fabrication and engraving begins.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the ebb and flow of orders, the estimated time for completing work varies. 6-8 weeks is a typical wait time for custom orders. If you have a specific deadline that is shorter than that, please message me so we can discuss your needs and see where my work load stands. Sometimes I can squeeze an order into the lineup and shorten the time for delivery. Actual delivery time after completion of your order will depend on the shipping method you choose.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I am thrilled to be able to offer worldwide shipping, however Buyers are responsible for any
customs fees and/or import taxes that may apply. Camanche Mesa Designs is not responsible
for delays due to Customs.
